From Our Founder

Hi — I’m Jessica. I know what it’s like to grow through pressure, change, and complexity because I’ve lived through lots of it.

I’ve been a leader through three exits and worked as a C-suite operator, board member, lawyer, and mentor, with experience spanning across teams and industries. All while raising four kids, previously caring for two sick parents, and working to stay anchored to what mattered most— myself.

Through it all, I’ve learned: change isn’t your enemy — it’s your invitation. To Reset. Reinvent. Realign what you do with why it matters.

I built Perivita’s leadership development coaching services to bring clarity, relief, and confidence to leaders and teams seeking purposeful, intentional growth.
