Hi — I’m Jessica DeBianchi Rivera. I became a leader the same way I help others do it: not by having all the answers, but by getting comfortable with knowing what I don’t know, and asking questions to close the gap.
I’m a board-certified leadership coach, practicing General Counsel and Chief of Staff, and former C-suite operator (COO, HR, GTM) and board member with three exits under my belt. I’ve built law departments from scratch, and have balanced work life and home life… raising four kids, and previously caring for sick parents, staying anchored to myself through most of it.
