From Our Founder

Hi — I’m Jessica. I know what it’s like to grow through pressure, change, and complexity because I’ve lived through lots of it.

I’ve been a leader through three exits and worked as a C-suite operator, board member, lawyer, manager, and mentor, with experience spanning across teams and industries. All while raising four kids, caring for two sick parents, and working to stay anchored to what mattered most— myself.

Through it all, I’ve learned: change isn’t your enemy — it’s your invitation. To Reset. Reinvent. Realign what you do with why it matters.

I built Perivita to bring clarity, relief, and confidence through leadership coaching services to leaders and teams seeking purposeful growth and value they can feel — not just measure.
