Meet your coach (who’s also a lawyer)
Hi, I’m Jessica DeBianchi Rivera, a board-certified leadership coach and practicing General Counsel. I’ve long geeked out on the intersection of law, tech, and leadership, so much so that I’ve been recognized by the Association of Corporate Counsel as a national Value Champion for building a law department from the ground up that leaned heavily on relationship management and tech-enablement. I’ve also been dual-roled as a lawyer and C-Suite executive across sales, HR, and operations for many years. That’s why when I talk about business efficiency, AI readiness, and leadership development — I'm speaking from experience, not theory.
I built Perivita because I see a massive gap in leadership development programs that train lawyers on the skillset, mindset, and tech-set they’ll actually need in this dynamic professional age.
