A team-first approach to leadership development

Unlike traditional executive coaching firms that work with leaders individually, we bring your entire leadership team together through assessment-driven insight. You'll move from a collection of individuals to a cohesive team with shared language, clearer communication, and aligned direction.

Our executive development process

JOURNEY

Understand how your team actually operates. Through individual leadership assessments (EQ-i 2.0®, CSI, or EQ 360®) for each team member, you'll gain data-informed insight into collective patterns, dynamics, and growth opportunities.

DESIGN

Build the infrastructure for better collaboration. We facilitate team debriefs, create shared language around your assessment results, and design strategic approaches to communication, decision-making, and accountability.

BECOME

Integrate new behaviors into daily operations. Through structured group coaching sessions, your team implements changes in real time, addresses challenges as they emerge, and embeds new patterns into how you work together.

The benefits of hiring an executive coaching firm

This isn't team building exercises or surface-level workshops. It's strategic, data-informed team development from an executive coaching firm that elevates how you operate.

  • Build trust and psychological safety so people can be honest and collaborative

  • Create shared language for giving feedback and strengthening team dynamics

  • Optimize communication patterns to accelerate decision-making and execution

  • Align on priorities and decision-making so execution gets clearer

  • Identify blind spots that individuals can't see but assessments reveal

  • Navigate change together with coordinated strategy instead of reactive responses

  • Strengthen accountability while maintaining team cohesion

Understand the different types of leadership assessments

  • Measures emotional intelligence across 15 competencies to reveal how you perceive and express yourself, develop relationships, manage stress, and make decisions.

  • Combines self-assessment with anonymous feedback from colleagues, managers, and direct reports to show how your emotional intelligence is perceived by others compared to your own self-perception.

  • Identifies your natural approach to change and transition, showing whether you prefer to conserve existing systems, adapt pragmatically, or originate new approaches.

Meet the executive coach who will transform your leadership team

Jessica DeBianchi Rivera knows what it's like to grow through pressure, change, and complexity because she's lived through it.

She's been a leader through three exits and worked as a C-suite operator, board member, lawyer, manager, and mentor, with experience spanning across teams and industries. All while raising four kids, caring for two sick parents, and staying anchored to what matters.

That experience taught her that change isn't your enemy. It's your invitation to reset, reinvent, and realign what you do with why it matters.

Jessica built Perivita to bring clarity, confidence, and empowerment to leaders seeking purposeful growth. Her approach combines board-certified coaching credentials, certifications in multiple leadership assessments (EQ-i 2.0®, CSI, EQ 360®), and the kind of strategic guidance that only comes from having lived experiences making high-stakes decisions in real-world leadership roles.

Leadership Development Coaching FAQs

  • Team building focuses on relationships and morale through activities and exercises. Team coaching addresses the actual patterns, communication dynamics, and behaviors that impact how your team performs. Our executive coaching firm uses assessments to identify what's really happening, then we facilitate structured sessions to create lasting change in how you work together.

  • Yes. Team coaching works when the full leadership team is engaged. If key members opt out, it signals to the rest of the team that the work isn't important, and it creates gaps in shared language and understanding. All participants need to be committed to the process.

  • Individual coaching helps leaders develop personally. Team coaching addresses the dynamics between leaders. You'll still get individual assessments, but the focus is on how you interact, communicate, make decisions, and hold each other accountable as a collective group.

  • We work with teams across the spectrum, from those wanting to prevent issues to those needing to resolve them. The assessments help name patterns objectively, without making it personal. We create structure for productive conversations and give teams shared language to discuss dynamics constructively. Whether you're being proactive or addressing existing challenges, our approach helps teams strengthen how they work together.

  • We require a minimum of four participants. Most of our team engagements are with leadership teams of 4-10 people. For larger groups, we'll discuss whether team coaching or a different approach makes more sense.
