Yes. All coaching engagements are available virtually nationwide. Some clients prefer in-person sessions for initial assessments or team workshops, which we can arrange based on location and availability.

You'll complete a comprehensive leadership assessment (EQ-i 2.0®, Change Style Indicator® (CSI), or EQ 360®) that measures emotional intelligence, change adaptability, or leadership effectiveness. We spend a full session debriefing your results, identifying patterns, and designing your development focus. The insights inform our entire coaching engagement.

It depends on your goals and where you're starting. Some clients work with us for a single 2.5-hour focused session. Others commit to three or six months of structured coaching. We'll help you determine the right timeframe during your initial conversation.
