  • Yes. All coaching engagements are available virtually nationwide. Some clients prefer in-person sessions for initial assessments or team workshops, which we can arrange based on location and availability.

  • You'll complete a comprehensive leadership assessment (EQ-i 2.0®, Change Style Indicator® (CSI), or EQ 360®) that measures emotional intelligence, change adaptability, or leadership effectiveness. We spend a full session debriefing your results, identifying patterns, and designing your development focus. The insights inform our entire coaching engagement.

  • It depends on your goals and where you're starting. Some clients work with us for a single 2.5-hour focused session. Others commit to three or six months of structured coaching. We'll help you determine the right timeframe during your initial conversation.

  • For select clients and organizations, Jessica offers embedded fractional support in operations, strategy, and organizational development. These customized engagements are available by inquiry and typically follow an established coaching relationship.
